About TaxGraph
Business finance should create clarity, not just records.
TaxGraph helps businesses bring greater structure to accounting, financial information, tax and compliance — so that what is being recorded, reconciled and reported is easier to understand and more useful for decisions.
We can manage work directly or work alongside the accounting and finance team you already have.
Why TaxGraph exists
A business can be financially busy without being financially clear.
Accounts may be updated. Returns may be filed. Reports may be prepared.
And yet management may still be unsure whether the month is properly closed, whether reconciliations are complete, what requires attention, whether the numbers can be relied upon, or what they mean for the decisions ahead.
TaxGraph was built around that gap.
Our role is not simply to produce more financial information. It is to help make the underlying accounting, finance and compliance processes more structured, more visible and more useful.
Our view
Good financial work connects the details to the decisions.
- Record
- Reconcile
- Review
- Understand
- Decide
A well-run finance function is not defined by the number of spreadsheets, reports or filings it produces.
The fundamentals matter first.
Transactions need to be recorded properly. Accounts need to be kept current. Reconciliations need to happen. Exceptions need to be identified. Compliance needs to connect back to the underlying books where relevant. Management needs information it can actually understand.
When those foundations are stronger, financial information becomes more useful for planning, control and decision-making.
This is the way we approach our work across TaxGraph.
How we work
Start with the situation. Then define the work.
We do not expect a business owner or finance team to diagnose the exact service they need before speaking with us.
We begin by understanding what is happening — how the work is currently handled, where information is coming from, what is causing difficulty and what outcome the business is trying to achieve.
From there, we define the appropriate scope and responsibilities.
-
01
Understand
Understand the business, existing process and immediate requirement.
-
02
Clarify
Identify what actually needs attention rather than beginning with a predetermined service.
-
03
Structure
Define the work, responsibilities, information requirements and practical process.
-
04
Execute & Review
Carry out the agreed work while keeping relevant issues, reconciliations, exceptions and decisions visible.
-
05
Improve
Where appropriate, strengthen the process so the business becomes less dependent on ad hoc follow-up and individual knowledge.
Working with your existing team
You do not necessarily need to replace what already works.
Many businesses already have an accountant, accounts department, finance manager or external service provider.
That does not prevent TaxGraph from adding value.
We can work alongside an existing team — reviewing accounting, following up on reconciliations and exceptions, strengthening closing processes, supporting compliance, developing financial models or helping management obtain a clearer financial view.
The objective is not to create another layer for the sake of it.
It is to strengthen the parts of the finance function that need greater structure, review or visibility.

Accounting & Bookkeeping, together with Accounting Review & Supervision for businesses that already have an accounting team or accountant.
-
Tax & Compliance
GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and related compliance support, with emphasis on maintaining appropriate connection between compliance work and the underlying records where relevant.
-
Financial Analysis & Advisory
Financial Modelling and Business Financial Planning to help businesses understand scenarios, cash implications, assumptions and the financial consequences of decisions, together with Fractional CFO Support where a business needs ongoing senior finance involvement rather than a single piece of work.
-
Business Setup & Registrations
Company and LLP incorporation, GST Registration, IEC Registration, Udyam / MSME Registration and other registrations or amendments required as a business starts, changes or expands.
What matters to us
Practical work should leave the business clearer than we found it.
-
Clarity before complexity
Financial work should make an issue easier to understand, not bury it under terminology.
-
Control before presentation
A polished report cannot compensate for weak reconciliations, incomplete records or unresolved accounting issues.
-
Useful, not merely complete
Completing a return or report matters. Understanding what the underlying information is telling the business matters too.
-
Work with what already exists
Where an existing accountant or finance team is doing good work, the answer is not automatically to replace them.
-
Scope before promises
We prefer to understand the facts and define the work properly rather than promise an outcome before the situation is known.
